I had an opportunity to use DocuSign recently and found it confusing and very poor from a user prospective. Highly do not recommended
I was billed but couldn’t use the platform. They refused to give me a refund for the $120 I was billed even though I had to purchase a different platform since their software didn’t work.

I could not find a way to DELETE my payment information when I wanted to cancel. I emailed support that I was canceling my account and they assured me that I would not be charged. .... I was charged $300 and they agree then should not have taken my money. It's been over a month and I still do not have my money back. I am NO LONGER recommending this service. And I am still waiting for my refund. In my mind they have essentially stolen my money as I have a customer support ticket saying my account was closed and I could ignore the email that said I would be charged $300 for another year. I am Very Frustrated and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
The customer service team are attrocious. You cannot esclate any issues to senior management and these members of staff talk down to you.
Despite cancelling the annual subscription before the renewal we were charged for an annual subscription. I have raised a case regarding the issue over a week ago but this has not even been acknowledged or responded too. terrible service.
I am a real estate broker in Atlanta, Georgia that decided to use DocuSign's "Rooms for Real Estate" product. I was told by the sales team that their software directly integrates with our Georgia Association of Realtor forms, and is listed on their website as a DocuSign official partner. I was not offered a trial or test period. After I signed the contract I was informed that they don't have access to those forms. I spent over a week going back and forth between 6 customer service reps and my 3 different account executives, only to be provided with inferior work arounds to my issues with the program. When I finally decided to cancel my service I was told "DocuSign does not provide refunds or cancellations mid contract term." My account started 2/26/21, and it is now 3/19/21 (3 weeks into the contract). My account team has stopped responding to my emails. This encounter has damaged my perception of DocuSign as a company. I am disappointed in the quality of service provided, and their staff has not been adequately trained on their programs. I was told by a customer service rep that they had a dedicated “Rooms for Real Estate” service team, which they terminated to cut costs. Unfortunately, I have now lost $1,700 after being misled on the services being provided by DocuSign, and will be moving on to another competitor's product.
This is an update of a previous review where I gave the DocuSign app 1 star. So, I gave it 1 star because no matter what I did, I could not find it on my google docs add-ons menu. However, once I realized the DocuSign app was not in the top menu for add-ons but on the side bar, I was able to use it. Using it was easier than finding it and I thought it was great. What did I like? I'm not a techie so for me it's simple: It's free and it was easy to use once I found out where it was. One suggestion, give the new user some indication of where to access the app once you install it.
Horrible service. They 'hook' you with a promotional price for the first year, and then started sending threatening, aggressive and rude emails stating my company's account would be shut down if we didn't 'upgrade' to a plan (we were already on the Business plan) FOUR TIMES as expensive! I can't believe they think that would actually work. Even if the price were reasonable, I'd never want to work with a company that uses threatening emails (never a call...just daily emails threatening to shut us down) as a conversation-starter. After a call with said aggressive salesperson, Andy Phan, it was clear he feels superior than anyone else and doesn't care about retaining our business. We swiftly moved on to their competition, and happily so. Never again.
I left Docusign for Hellosign because of the price, awful customer experience, website user flaws that don't get fixed because I don't pay for customer support, and their refund policy that does not work. Docusign is becoming closer to being a scam than a product. My refund was filed several times within the timeframe, and they kept denying it and would not give any support on how to fix their own website flaw that would deny my refund claim.
This is my negative review because I unsubscribed to them, downgraded the account, then closed it. I received emails from them for feedback...I told them to stop emailing me and remove our address. Instead, the person who replied told me to do it myself. And now they are emailing me to upgrade my account? AVOID AT ALL COST. THIS IS BECOMING A SCAM.
They have atrocious customer service and they are refusing to refund my advance payments for their sub par product.
I rarely post a review but this is the worst online customer experience i had...so needed to share so that top mngmt improve such awful service. Or a good opportunity for competition to go into this business.
The customer service agent just cut the line without explaining or havg the patience to go through the process flow... it s amazing how the 3 agents decide on their own will within 30sec to cut the line for productivity reason...i was lucky the last agent was fine.
who designed this monstrosity? The UI/UX team should be forced to listen to Nickelback.
You should have a template library available. Most people can't write legal documents from scratch.
Very complicated and not easy to use. Also I signed up, paid and it wouldn't update my settings. So I paid for nothing. Customer service were then rude and unhelpful.
